Aggies to Induct 10 New Hall of Famers

Three men's track and field athletes will go into the A&T Sports Hall of Fame.

EAST GREENSBORO – The North Carolina A&T State University Department of Athletics, in conjunction with the North Carolina A&T Sports Hall of Fame, will hold a noon press conference luncheon Thursday at Deese Ballroom on the second floor of the A&T Student Center to introduce the 2022 Hall of Fame inductees.  

The Aggies are inducting 10 new members into its Hall, including a two-sport athlete, a former professional baseball player, one of the best women's basketball players and one of the best volleyball players in school history and the best 3-point shooter in men's basketball history. 

The 2022 class will be officially inducted Thursday night and honored at halftime of A&T's football game against South Carolina State. 

Inductees include Dale Adair, who participated in track and field and football, men's track and field athletes Wesley Baldwin and Damon Vaughan, football player Tim Johnson, men's basketball players Sinclair Colbert and Steven Rush, baseball player Christian "CJ" Beatty, bowler Crystal Bailey, volleyball player Arlene Mitchell and women's basketball player Amber Bland.
