It is our responsibility to fill our stadium with OUR fans. If we truly have big time aspirations, then we need to embrace what the big time schools are doing. Rarely, actually never have I seen a major college team with more than 10 to 15 % of the stadium filled with visitors. Market our team to the community, make single day game tickets affordable and let's see what happens.

I would make a limited number available in a small purchase window. For example: 1000 tickets available in person 7-11 am on gameday. Maximum 4 per person. That's just an example but anything to create demand. Or partner with our local sponsors to make a limited number of $10 tickets available at their places of business during game week. If folk know that they can get $10 tickets at Food Lion... Make that kind of deal available every week there is a home game and market it right...you've got community connection, more butts in the seats, without losing any money. Sponsors may even subsidize the ticket cost if it produces more foot traffic for them. Weekly ticket giveaways at local radio stations, etc. $10 limited availability!

I've this exact sentiment on multiple occasions on this board. "YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GET EXCITED FOR GARDNER WEBB OR CHARLESTON SOUTHERN" coming to Greensboro or anybody for that matter... YOU/WE SHOULD BE EXCITED TO SEE AGGIE FOOTBALL ON THE FIELD AT TRUIST STADIUM, even if we are playing the "sisters of the poor". But I digress because this isn't the first and won't definitely be the last time someone posts about what team is coming to Greensboro. The only thing that matters should be where are the Aggies playing, and we show up and support.

In filling Our Stadium...our Gameday Experience must Pop more imo. We should really utilize that practice field for the Kids,(Air conditioned/Heated Tents with HBCU gaming stations and phone charging/Wifi for the Parent, and possibly using that side of the Campus for High School Focused activities.
In a way I won't mind if other schools/Fans come to Aggie Stadium if we pack it out ourselves, and get loud. Maybe the TV Broadcast, with crowd cam shots ect and Student giveaways can add to it.
Ultimately we must keep our Vibe of no team wins against us!

A&T football and HBCU football in general is not just about the game. Our fans very much enjoy the game, the bands, cheerleaders, etc. and to act like we just gonna only focus on the game is outside of our traditions and history…it’s who we are. That’s why HBCU always lead in attendance. Fans are willing to travel because we have something special. I never want that to change.

In 2019, attendance was doing pretty good. To get 16k against Delaware State shocked me. Wonder what the Bethune game numbers would look like without the rain. The students are really the untapped potential. The amount of students that do come are usually just enough to fill up the "Horseshoe"(Excluding NCCU/HC game). The horseshoe holds about 5k so I would guess that only about 5-6k students actually attend. Putting the band in the end zone surrounded by students would really help out the gameday experience imo.

Are not the students entrance fees to the game paid by their Student Activity fees and they get in free ! If that is the case all A&T needs is a body count . You want more students at the games you have to give them a reason to be at the game because the sideline step shows the band/ Dolls and the game it not cutting it anymore . You have a frigid crowd except doing homecoming , we have no go to chanting to get the crowd involved like at Tuskegee , Southern hale basically most of the SWAC schools do . But I keep forgetting like someone said " A&T is a Wine and Cheese Crowd " which is another word for semi boring in my opinion. You want students then give them something. Back in the day the stands would be rocking.

Students now also have to go online and register for tickets. SWAC atmospheres are exciting and we need help! lol. In the HBCU world, our university and name is too big for those gameday numbers.

Lets not include the Swac in this please haha. The east coast culture is different and the bands are half the size of the swac. To reach the swac level of excitement every HBCU band on the east coast should be A&T size or bigger along with travel to every away game.
